District Vest information

Each district is recognized by a color, and The Magnificent 7's color is purple!

WHO NEEDS A VEST:
  • Vests are to be worn at State Competitions;  Challenge of Champions, Jr High State Finals, and High School State Finals
  • Student Event Directors wear their district vest during their event
District vests must have the district color on the visible side, some members elect to be creative and use a print for the lining.  the district logo is generally embroidered on the vest as is the member's name.  Some choose to also have various accomplishments (i.e. district titles, state titles, national qualifications/titles) also embroidered on their vest.  A few members have even chosen to have a vest made out of leather.  No matter your preference, if a member will be competing at Challenge of Champions (March), Jr High Finals (May), or High School Finals (June), vests are mandatory attire and contestants will not be allowed to check in nor compete without their vest.  Please plan ahead as it does take time to have the vest made and at least a couple weeks for the embroidery to be scheduled.

VESTS ARE THE MEMBER'S RESPONSIBILITY!  The district does NOT provide the vests.  Please plan accordingly!
